Learning the skills and techniques for classical Realism and Naturalism will be taught during this 2 day floral workshop by diving deep into the exploration of an iris. We will be focused on creating mood and drama using romantic brushstrokes in a loose style while using vivid colours in oils. Using wet on wet techniques with palette knife touch ups, our main goal is to help you, the student, see the object as shapes, value and colour. We will be learning compositional background movements that accentuate the subject.
