FCA Calgary Chapter Policy – Workshop Cancellation

• Workshop spaces are limited and in high demand.  To help ensure that workshop spaces are fully utilized, workshop purchases are non-refundable. Patron cancellations for a fully paid workshop can be requested IF the class is full with a wait list and someone is able to take the spot in the workshop. Then a refund will be issued minus a $20.00 processing fee.
• If there is not a wait list, a patron can sell their own workshop space and must forward contact information to the workshop committee.
• Workshop Cancellations by FCA Calgary will be rescheduled.  If a suitable date is not available to patrons, instructor and FCA Calgary then patrons will be refunded and no processing fee will be deducted.
